These “Punjabi Devils” is what’s commonly called a “support” or “bitch” club for 81. Most of the big 1%er clubs have them. They do most of the dirty work for them. For example, the Bandidos have a support (on bitch) club called “The Pistoleros” who does a lot of the sort of things they don’t want directly connected to them.
