“Black History Month is in the shortest month of the year, and the coldest—just in case we want to have a parade.”

I drove through Selma last week on my way to hunt with a buddy in Marengo County. After I crossed the Edmund Pettus Bridge and made my way through town, I started wondering where was all the improvements that Oprah, Barack Hussein Obama, Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson were going to make with their millions of dollars. The black elites don’t give a damn about the black little man. As soon as they quit voting for democrats, the better their lives and communities will be.

There are some, the stories just aren't told.

In 1872, Elijah McCoy patented an automatic lubricator for steam engines. Before his invention, trains had to stop frequently for workers to manually oil the axles. McCoy’s "drip cup" allowed engines to run continuously.

Before his invention, railroad companies had cheap, expendable laborers manually oil the axles while the train was running.

There were knock offs that weren't as good as Elijahs, so when an engine was being fitted with oilers, you wanted "The Real McCoy"
