Well boys, it's been a good run. If you throw in some blacks protesting with the Anti-Ice loons it's going to get pretty ugly in Portland's and Minnesota's of the world. And the rhetoric will be amped up by the MSM.
And they will throw a fit about "charging a former President" like they didn't just try to smear DJT for years. Should be a fun ride.

Read the article. Obama was NOT referred for charges. This is more conservative tree house garbage.

If there is an arrest that could kick off some sort of actual insurrection or secession movement it would be that one.
If he did what they say I don’t want him in prison.
I want him on national TV in primetime walking America through what he did, who was involved and explaining the impact.
Then I want him stuck on house arrest so he can ponder on the impact to his legacy (which is what he really cares about) and watch as his party is rebuilt from the ground up by former Democrats like RFK Jr and Tulsi so we can get back to being a nation of people who love America and want it to thrive arguing over how best to accomplish it.

I think you're confused as to what is actually happening.
Anyone can offer a criminal referral for anyone, for anything.

Incorrect. He has indeed been referred for criminal charges. What's new here is this new report she released yesterday, and it too has now been sent to the DoJ along with the previous referral for criminal charges.

Obama had a ton to do with it. He hates Trump with a passion. Hell, unlike almost every other President, Obama only moved 5 blocks away from the White House in 2017. His principle residence (He has at least 4 homes).
Obama was told by his intelligence people in December, 2016 that there wasn't any merit to the Trump/Russia claim. Obama REFUSED to accept it and ordered them to produce a different report. In January, 2017, per his orders, those same "intelligence" people came back with a completely different report. They did a 180 and said Trump/Russia was true.
The usual Obama apologists like sfp to the contrary, Mr. "Not a smidgen of corruption" was arguably the biggest crook and tPOS of any President since Lyndon Johnson.
