I hope not as it needs to pay down the deficit. Every dollar paid is 100% more with interest applied down the line

I guess you missed yesterday's thread that also attempted and failed to produce the desired effect. It's not the "win" you think it is, when 90%+ of conservatives said from the beginning that they'd rather see those savings go to paying down the deficit.

Not directed towards you particularly, but the OP was being sarcastic (I inferred). There is no argument to be had here. Deficits/debt are nothing but useless political talking points now.
