Why arresting Don Lemon was A BAD IDEA!

Because he is not going to do any jail time and he will become an epic hero of the Progressive Left.
Movies will be made about him being a true American hero and they will be nominated for Academy Awards, etc., etc.
If he were to do SIGNIFICANT jail time, over 5 years, then I’d be all for it.
But Pam is trying to prove how tough she is and now it’s backfired.

If he broke the law (he did), he should be arrested.
However, yes, this will make him a martyr and he will never see prison time, ever.
On the flip side, having someone as stupid as Lemon as a martyr for the left has its benefits

I say this every time someone is melting down about doing something that should have been done because they are worried about what the left will say about it.
The left will say the same stuff regardless of what anyone does. Will they say Lemon's a hero? Sure. So what? They would have said it anyway.
This was important to send a message. Those people violated a law. You let them get away with it and you guarantee more of it.
