“Complain to yo homies if you don’t like it”

Okay pal. He’s always had that attitude, but can’t pay a slot what he’s probably wanting. Same problem we had with Chauncey.

Draft is really going to be interesting with the cloud of players that should be available to us, CB might be slept on in mocks

Its his negotiations for probably the biggest contract he will ever get. Maybe the last in his profession. I mean you really have not seen such comments before

I never said I was surprised, in fact I said I expected it. The point being I think CB is a bigger need than has been discussed to this point

Why I hope he stays. Safety coming back. Lots of young players. Plus whoever we pick up this year.

The one area the Saints have drafted well the last few years and we let them all leave instead of signing to a 2nd contract.

Malcolm Jenkins
Vonn Bell
Marcus Williams
Paulson Adebo
CGJ
Now maybe Taylor

Taylor isn't make or break. Let him factor in to comp pick formula. Demario is a much bigger get in terms of retention even if just for one year.

Would love the pick. Don’t give a damn that he went to LSU. Kid is a gamer and an immediate day 1 lock down starting corner.

My feelings, let him walk. Make trades if possible for a few more picks. We can absorb some cap hits.

I think we are still a year away, and the combination between young, cheap players, a good comp pick or two to go with a full complement of our own picks in '27 draft, and NEXT YEAR'S free agent class set us up for 2027. Shough will be great, but we need to stick with the a true rebuild plan.

We don’t need a CB at 8. Taylor is a nickel anyway so it’s not like Delane is replacing him.

Filling 1,000+ competent snaps at CB is infinitely more important than brining back Davis

He's just banking on a team believing he can play against another team's #1 WR, although he's never proven he can do that. He's a great DB, he just isn't the locksown corner he thinks he is.

He’s not one of best players
I think a lot of people notice his splash plays and don’t see all the times he whiffs completely on simple tackles by bad angles or just giving up. Hes not worth what he’s about to get from the Bears

We should use that pick on Bailey/ Tate/ Downs/ Bain if available.

I got shite for it but the best case scenario would be to trade next years 1st and future 2nds/ 3rds for Delane at #11.

No way we finish top 10 next year and they could end up 15-20 easily with the schedule. I think it would be good value along with no pressure to now pay Taylor +17mil.

He wants money like that Texans Slot/Nickel Corner, but doesnt play nearly as well.

Of all the CB slots Nickel is the easiest to replace.
I hate to say it. But let him walk. His mark is he isnt consistant.

We arent SB bound this upcoming year.
Get another player for him walking.

So give up next years draft because Delane at 8 is silly.
