I haven't seen it yet. I love the first movie. And all of Sandler's comedy movies are good, in my taste.
Is the second one good? Please describe it without spoilers, please.

It's an enjoyable watch if you are a fan of the first one. A little too cartoony but still fun. Like most of Sandler's movies as of the last 2 decades, the characters seem to be aware that they are in an Adam Sandler movie, if that makes any sense. It doesn't have the authentic feel of Sandler's movies that they had up until maybe Big Daddy.

Its not terrible. But since I'm no longer a drunk college idiot the comedy didn't hit as hard as when I watched the original as a drunk college idiot.

It was funny... it was packed full (too full) of throwbacks which were hit or miss. The best parts were the interactions with the real life pro golfers that appeared.

It’s one of those you’ll enjoy it while you’re watching it, won’t feel like you wasted your time afterwards, but don’t find yourself wanting to watch it again.
Maybe worth one rewatch to catch a cameo you may have missed.

I truly don’t know what people are talking about when they say this movie is even “okay”
It’s one of the worst feature films I’ve ever sat through. It’s not funny at all.
It strays so far from the original and Sandler isn’t even trying to pretend to be Happy Gilmore.
I had to watch it in two sessions it was so bad.

If you are a fan of the first movie, then the second one is worth watching once. Just rip the band aid off and do it.
As much as I think Bad Bunny is an oxygen thief in real life, his scenes are pretty good.

I thought the ending was really dumb, but the beginning and middle were fine. As long as you don't have high expectations and get some good laughs, you'll like it. I enjoyed it for what it is.
