Omar looking directly at the guy briefly and giving him a small nod and then he gets up and sprays her

It’s the best entertainment in the world watching these idiots frick up everything they try.

If there was collusion, the feds will charge him with obvious federal crimes and get him to turn on her

It seems very contrived.
He is seated right in front of her.
The nod.
He only sprays her on her shirt, not face/skin.
He sprays and then immediately takes a passive posture while running away from direction of door. Why didn’t he get in her face and be more aggressive which would be expected from someone wanting to attack her?
She doesn’t seek refuge or seek medical care. She goes after him which seems really strange to me considering she wouldn’t have any idea how dangerous he was.
She continues with her speech not knowing what she had been sprayed with.
It will be interesting to see what happens with this guy and if he’s prosecuted.

Looks like 3rd degree assault, which requires great bodily harm. Probably an overcharge so he can walk.

This lady has an IQ bordering 70. Not surprised.

The weirdest thing was how she unflinchingly went forward to grab the syringe from him. There was no moment of shock like ‘what the hell is going on here!?!?’ and no hesitation in moving forward to him.
Seems the most unnatural reaction possible to something like this happening completely out of the blue and where one would seemingly have no clue as to what was going on or what possible threat this guy might have posed. I mean, was she able to ascertain what he had (a syringe) and that there wasn’t a needle attached to it that he might have jabbed her with to inject God knows what, in the span of a split second?

Guy sprays unknown substance on a US Representative, and they go ahead and make sure to not clear the room so everyone can hear her talk about how she wont be afraid.

That seems like a natural move while giving a speech in close quarters to keep eye contact with the crowd while you’re on autopilot

You'd think she would be very familiar and wary of men attacking women with acid coming from a region that is cool with that stuff.

And worth at least 30 million, probably much more.
