Marguerites in Slidell. Online ordering is easy. It’s like $52 for regular (medium) size, which includes the shipping. I send strawberry cream cheese to a friend every year. It’s a little more if you order the larger size. Still a great deal.

That’s been my favorite one the last two years, and was looking to send my brother in law in Pennsylvania a king cake so this is great news!

That's my buddy's mom's store. Grew up with them. Have had them from her since I was a kid. Really good king cakes. Really good people too. I mean everyone has their favorites. I've just always loved hers.

Had Marguerite’s for the 1st time last year (Key Lime flavor) and it was delicious! I hate king cakes where the dough is too hard. Much prefer a softer/fluffier version.

used the Gold Belly website several times. Last week ordered a Large Haydel's pecan praline ($75 shipped), mailed via FEDEX on Thursday, and arrived before noon in Chicago. My cousins were thoroughly pleased with the product, and I was pleased with the transaction ease of use.
Last year I sent them a Gambinos KC. It arrived as a plain KC with no icing
. Included in the box were directions with icing and purple, green & yellow powdered sugar which they decorated the KC themselves. They didn't know any better and enjoyed decorating it. I was expecting the KC to be covered in icing. Guess I should have read the order form better.

She is very nice. All of her stuff is good. I get one every year. Then a new one to try elsewhere. So far, nobody beats her. I just wish they still had their king cake pop up in Metairie vs 3rd party store purchasing. It don’t buy 3rd party so either go pick up or have a friend bring when they pass through.

I went with Haydel's! I could've sworn it was gonna arrive dry. Not at all. Very good. Maybe the best I've had.
