This actually surprises me a bit, has he impressed that much in his short time at Buffalo? At Carolina he was pretty mid no? I wonder how much of his success is just coaching Burrow and Allen, two MVP caliber QBs

Wild for the owner to say existing staff hit the proverbial wall, then hire from within.

Wow, what an amazing opportunity for him! Will be forever grateful for 2019 and will be pulling for him.

It’s a lazy hire for Buffalo in my opinion.

He probably likes it. I know Joe Brady was Ryan Clark's pick.

Does this mean he’s bringing back the 2019 LSU offense?

We need to unearth the threads before the 2020 season of a decent portion of the rant saying it's no big deal Brady is leaving, because Myles will be nearly as good as Burrow and Ensminger was the one calling plays in 2019.

Fire guy cause he can’t win SB with Allen and then hire OC. Makes sense.

Trade Josh Allen for Joe Burrow/Jamarr Chase?

Rhule was horrible as the HC and was fired the year after firing Brady.

I think they just decided something had to change.

Now they have to figure out a way to be in a better position. They need to hire a top DC.

I’m not convinced they will end up in a better place than they were.

I agree. Though I guess the thinking is the offense wasn't the problem and the former HC was a defensive coach. Thus, they are fixing the "problem"...assuming McDermott was not going to change his defensive approach.
