This is why you don’t go in half-mast and pussy-foot around it. Either go all in, with every resource you can provide or not at all. These half-measures are not working. It’s like our 20 year strategy in Iraq/Afghanistan all over again.
Have a plan, be strategic, follow thru, and execute the plan. It just feels like they haven’t thought it all thru and are just being reactive to everything.

I want our immigration laws to be enforced but I just want them to do it without using any force, and without anyone ever getting hurt, and without anything sad or upsetting happening ever, and if the people we’re trying to deport don’t want to be deported, or if liberal activists don’t want us to deport them, then obviously in that case we shouldn’t do it, but I’m totally a conservative on the issue, unless people get really mad at me then never mind please don’t yell I’m sorry

Fine. But why can’t we admit the resistance to plan is also a bad plan and has gotten two people killed?
Why is the when the left resists and is violent, the only answer is just to give them what they want and back off?
I would be fine with “withdrawing” for a month the doubling down and come back with even more force and 0 cooperation with local officials

Diverting disproportionate resources to MN that are completely neutered in effect is the opposite of promoting law and order in the immigration field.
As has been shown, we're lapping the field in red areas and would be detaining and deporting many more illegals by diverting these resources there instead.

I saw this. Totally unacceptable. You don’t remove federal agents when the locals demand their citizens to resist enforcement of federal immigration laws. That’s a no brainer. Comer and anyone else that differs doesn’t deserve to be in any leadership or governance position.

This current disconnect between the far left and the right cannot continue and I’d much rather have it play out while Trump is President and has control of the DOJ.
He should provoke them, allow them to over extend then bring the full judicial weight of the federal government down on those organizing this insurrection.
