I stated they are following it but not completely.. Some nurse didn't read the section on 'Items/Things/People To NOT Bring...'

The entire training manual, the signal chat, and members of that chat are public knowledge at this point.
As of today, the lunatics that run the signal chat, are big mad because their coms are now in question.
It was an entire dispatch system, with lookouts and people driving around looking for ICE vehicles and putting the plates in database.

I thought your answer in the "Does ICE need a warrant thread" was good. It seemed basically accurate and sophisticated at first glance (which was all I got before you deleted it). This answer, in contrast, seems a bit nuts to me. The contrast is enough to make me question whether I'm wrong about this answer being nuts.
