Not sure why you’re getting downvoted so much. Yorke could easily be the fan favorite by the time the SEC schedule comes around. He pulled off a Tre Morganesque put out at home on a bunt with the runner on third going home at the scrimmage yesterday. He’s got power to spare.

In his 3 years at Grand Canyon, he hit 32 HR, 157 RBI and 127 runs. Last year alone he hit .339 with 10 doubles, a triple, 13 HR, 46 RBI and 36 runs.

Several players interviews on YouTube & all have said, in talking about the new players, that he is one of the funniest players on the team, a great personality & that he moves with his feet around the bag really good. When he was asked in his interview about his weight, he said that he's always been big but he's shifted a lot of his weight.....his chest & shoulders are huge.

He’s going to put my detest of fat baseball players to the test because he seems extremely likable and he mashes which is a good combination to overlook his obesity

He’s gonna be fun to watch. For sure, when he’s rambling around 3rd, no catcher is gonna try to block the plate.
