I’m astonished that LSU isn’t being picked as preseason #1 and odds on favorite. It’s almost to the point where if we don’t make the title game people will make fun of us.
Highest paid coach this offseason. Highest paid OC in the nation. Highest paid DC in the nation. Highest paid QB in the nation. Highest paid LT in the nation. Three of the top 5 portal recruits.
To the morons saying we were a bad team last year this takes time, yall are idiots. There will be some serious problems if Lane doesn’t at least win one playoff game with this roster year 1.

I’ve stated before….w/ this money invested, this head coach, the roster talent, schemes and coaching staff…..a minimum expectation will be the CFP semi’s each year (not counting key injuries if they occur). Sprinkle in 2-3 nattys over a 10-12 year period. This game has changed immensely in a relatively short period of time. If much is given, much will be expected. However, I feel we have the absolute right person running things.

don't get me wrong, winning a title in year one would be amazing, but i'm not expecting that...
i do expect, however, to be very competitive, and make the playoff at least... but by year 2, yes, i see LSU back in the national title hunt
