It was necessary.

Hopeful for Scott Huff but I know it’s not likely.

Brad Davis is looking for a job. I think he would do a fine job at Alabama.

Seems kind of late in the cycle to make a move like this. Guessing someone in the NFL is taking the position?

The OL has been horrific under him.

Good riddance.

After recruiting class is signed and the portal is done. Kinda shady.

This was the worst kept secret ever, anybody who needed to know (and plenty that didn’t) knew he was gone. Don’t act like this isn’t standard operating procedure for college programs the past decade or so at least. I wish KDB had that SEC killer in him but I don’t think so.

I don't think it gets fixed as long as Ryan Grubb is OC. He always has a poor running game and weak OL.

They didn't give up a lot of sacks, finishing top 6. They also were mediocre at run blocking, finishing 106th.

Here are the rushing rankings of Ryan Grubb offenses the last 6 years.

2025 Alabama - 125th
2024 Seattle (NFL) - 28th (out of 32 teams)
2023 Washington - 106th
2022 Washington - 69th
2021 Fresno - 91st
2020 Fresno - 108th

Alabama's OL isn't getting better with Ryan Grubb as OC.

Pretty sure you guys will be firing Deboer at the end of this season. Who's at the top of your coaching want list? Cig? I think Texas is going to make a heavy run at Cig when they show Sark the door.
