6. 2026 ticket sales
• Over 4.2 million fans joined the ticket lottery list
• 3.4 million tickets have been sold for 2026
• Premium membership club reached 40,000 members
The Bananas are also launching a secondary ticketing platform — tickets can only be sold at face value, with no fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
But while all of these numbers are extremely impressive, one detail stood out above all else.
In 2025, the Bananas experienced a system issue that negatively affected 40,000 fans (equivalent to 100,000 tickets).
But rather than making these fans deal with the inconvenience, the Bananas offered everyone free tickets, costing them $6 million in lost sales.

I hate scalpers. This is a great way to do it. There's a way to get away from scalpers, but Ticketmaster et al aren't interested in it.

Damn I see why they have 4.2 million fans trying to get tickets

Pretty sure the venue gets a portion of the fees, so they like it too.

Catch them while you can, this fad will pass soon.

Jesse, their CEO, is probably the single best consumer facing CEO of all time. He just gets it.
If someone buys their merch and its $30, its $30. They pay all sales taxes. No of course, its baked into the price, but still, they are fans first in everything they do.

As long as kids keep being born, it will in fact not pass. Whereas the MLB is losing fans, the Bananas fans are growing at an insane rate.

Wow. I knew Banana Ball was different but regular baseball teams only have about 25 team members.

I’m on the other side of this. I see this eventually being like The Harlem Globetrotters. It’s a must see until everyone sees it. Then it becomes less and less appealing.

They have multiple teams

The story of how the guy on stilts made the team is really cool. They weren’t impressed with his tryout initially and were gonna cut him so he went out to his car and got his stilts and showed them he could hit and throw in them. Signed instantly.

They sent me an email last year with a link to download 4 tickets to any event on their schedule. I didn’t ask for anything, didn’t report anything, they just sent it.

Reminds me, could I interest you in some Fidget spinners, Beanie Babies? NO? How about Razor Scooters or Heelys? Maybe a box of Furbys?
You could pick them on your way from the skating ring or the bowling alley.
