Former LSU (S) Toviano article- guess we known why he wasn’t retained

Apparently, the girl friend filed a Title IX complaint despite criminal charges not being brought. LSU board suspended him recently. Now, he sits in the transfer portal because no one wants him and his baggage.

Toviano recorded himself having sex with his ex-girlfriend, right. He was suspended and reinstated for this incident. I'm not understanding why this is coming up now. The reason he's still in the portal because of his 'lack of production" on the field, not the Title IX incident. If he was a star, no one would give a shite if he recorded himself having sexual intercourse with his girlfriend at the time. A large group of you hypocrites didn't want to see him leave. What a shame....

I’m not sure what happened here but I’m old enough to know that anytime a woman accuses a rich man, especially an athlete, of some kind of sexual misconduct you might be best to just wait and see before passing judgment.

The hookup might’ve been, but the filming definitely wasn’t. Doesn’t take much for those to end up on the internet, so the consent in filming matters too.

These reporters getting these documents and posting them is ridiculous and pathetic. They are not public documents and title IX cases and their documentation are supposed to be private and confidential.
Leave it to an a-hole to leak them and violate regulations just to get their name out there as a somebody.
