Probably the best idea he has been given. There are some people with issues who simply can’t take care of themselves mentally and they are on the streets. This is an issue I could get behind.

President wouldn’t have to if Congress did their job but they’re concerned about not letting his administration win. We have the house, senate and Supreme Court and we aren’t getting anything done. Midterms really don’t mean shite to be quite honest. It will just be 2 years of more executive orders.
