The Socialist Strategy

At first, I couldn't understand why there was such a large, vocal, and popular opposition to what seemed like a fundamental policy -- the rounding up and deportation of violent criminals that are in the country illegally. On the surface, this seems like something everybody could get behind, in the name of public safety. This isn't the case.
Like everything, this has become a polarizing political issue. Trump won the 2024 election on basically two issues: Biden's open border policy that allowed millions of undocumented immigrants into the country, and inflation running high under Biden. The immigration issue and Trump's promise to stop illegal immigration and deport criminal illegals was very popular among all but the most radical.
Fast forward to today. ICE raids are seeing a concerted and well-funded opposition. The raids are filmed by citizen journalists. The raids are condemned and vilified by Democratic politicians. ICE is labeled Nazus and the Gestapo by political leaders. This drums up support in more mainstream America. The mobs of people grow and become more confrontational. This forces ICE to make their raids with more and more agents that are more heavily armed to protect themselves from the mobs.
Every illegal immigrant that gets handcuffed gets filmed by dozens. The weeping wife or girlfriend, the crying baby. The shouts of "leave him alone!", the interview of the co-worker or neighbor on the news saying how peaceful the arrestee was, the resistance to arrest that is met with more forceful action by law enforcement to subdue, the whistles screams and chaos of the mobs -- it all gets in video and put out to the world.
The more resistance that can be gathered, the more chaos and the more that law enforcement gets painted in a bad light. This happens on every detainee. And there are how many illegal immigrants in the country? 15? 20? 30? 40 million? Nobody knows.
Here is where the socialist strategy is winning. They know the average person is going to grow weary of seeing this on the news every night. They just want it to go away and have things get back to normal. The strategy is working. What was once a very common sense and popular agenda item - the deportation of illegal criminals -- is slowly eroding in support from the average person. The investment by socialist and social engineers it's working. The shooting of that woman in Minneapolis was a very good thing for them. They don't care about her personally, but they are ecstatic that it happened. That was just what they needed to drum up more support for their cause.
The socialists have turned the conversation from the thousands of illegal aliens with criminal records, the hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied minors lost in the country, the rampant fraud in social programs and turned it into a one-off incident involving an ICE officer in which a legal citizen was killed.
The strategy is working brilliantly. Americans are going to grow weary and forget that there are untold millions that are in the country illegally and won't care if they are deported, or not.

No they won’t. Apparently you missed all the much larger stories about massive fraud committed by these border hoping crooks?

Nope

You’re correct.
I’m not sure people collectively are as tired of the law enforcement as you think. But some are. And it’s certainly the goal of the Commies to make us weary of it.

There strategy is to be as annoying and obnoxious as possible while walking the fine line between whats tolerated and whats not in process of obstructing things that slows down what we voted for.
They think this will make us just give in eventually. Theyve learned nothing. I say this all the time and those who know my job know what im talking about, if trump just went and brought the hammer down as brutally as possible his approval would go up like 5 points in 24 hours

It's all about power and one big scam on the American Taxpayer.
Schumer stated that if/when they get back in power they will reinstate all of the budget cuts done by DOGE. The NGO's, kickbacks to democrat politicians and fraud will be kicked into high gear again, and the taxpayer will be footing the bill.
Also they will go after any republican who had any type of position in the Trump admin. They will basically eliminate any republican opposition for fear of being prosecuted and ensure that they remain in power indefinitely.

I actually know people that voted for Biden whose vote absolutely shocked me- when I asked them why, "chaos" and "back to normal" were their responses.
It sickened me they fell for the absolutely manufactured "chaos"... they both worked their asses off and had little time for current events, what little news or late night tv they watched swayed them.

The part of the story that's being ignored is that US politicians and citizens are enabling it.
Is there any doubt in your mind that the governor knew that the Learing Center was basically a money laundering scam that fed his campaign couffers?
The illegals aren't the disease, they are just a symptom.

Agree 100%. And hopefully that story is about to become one of the biggest scandals to ever occur in US politics. Cmon Bondi, get off your moneymaker and do some legal shite!

I was working through the math and the scope of the fraud. And it’s impossible that his office didn’t know.

Makes you wonder what the goal or motivation is of those who are going to harp on how tired of it the public must be getting.

If you have identified the problem, why can't the rest of America?
Everyone is seeing what is going on.

To make you tired of it. Or wary that others are tired of it.
The pussies of America who “want to be left alone” so they can get a vacation in Destin and have their kids in competition dance and travel ball are the inertia that the Commies depend upon.

This is irrelevant. The democrats overplayed their hand for the past 11 years with labeling everything they don't support as racist and everyone they disagree with a Nazi. 42% of America will be opposed to everything this administration does. The ICE raids are the only viable solution to our immigration problem. Sorry you don't have the stomach for it.

how did it occur to someone as weak minded as you that your feelz speak for all americans? seriously what are your credentials god knows they're not on your profile. you live in utah, is this happening in utah? you enjoy 0 gauge model rail roading is this an important issue in the lionel community?
there are 50 states this is happening in one and you don't live there child.

Some people have very limited time to consume "news", they get their headline views off CNN and snippets off tiktok.
The progressives are actually very good at creating "vibes" of chaos.

They have to go home.
The left would fight Trump passing out free cures for ugliness, ignore them.

Yes. The left has effectively “moved the goal posts” in regards to immigration. Notice how just being in this country illegally is no longer justification for an ICE raid? The government is careful to say that they are rounding up violent criminal aliens but you will not here them simply say that a raid targeted illegals. They are normalizing being here illegally and it’s working.

It's all designed to sway the emotions of women.

Same strategy was used to end our involvement in Vietnam.
The best counter to it is truth and transparency.
