I don't think this is a good hire but he probably gets three years to prove me wrong. Rebuild through the draft and hope to have a half dozen or so stars developed by then, or they set themselves back another couple years.

Considering the other options were Hafley and Nagy, I'm okay with Saleh. Although it's pretty ballsy of him to go coach the 2 worst run teams in the NFL

There’s a reason they’re the two worst run franchises in the league, it’s because they run off competence (Vrabel) and hire guys like Saleh.

Amy Adams Strunk has gotten really bad the last 5 years. Quick to make changes that aren't necessary(firing vrabel) and trying to take financial advantage of Nashville booming. She's much more focused on bottom line and winning popularity contests than football games. Our current front office is a joke. We spent a bunch of resources to limit our cap space despite having a rookie QB on mediocre players(Sneed, Pollard, Ridley). No major HC wants anywhere near us.
