Let me let you in on a little secret. This country was founded by Christian Nationalists. The threat is coming from those who opposed that fact.

Christian nationalism is antisemitic

Do you have any source for this?

I know many will hate this, but Kanye is a national treasure.
From 2000- now what a wild ride.

There are many faiths here that practice freely, safely, and openly. No one is preventing that from happening.
There is only one that, as part of its basic tenets, vows to kill Christians and Jews. Even they have legal gatherings.
The question, honestly, is nonsensical.
America was founded by, largely, Christians.
That is fact.
Facts make some people uncomfortable.

Early white settlers created a country and racist immigrants that hate white christians want to change the country to their liking. So Christian Nationalism must be bad to achieve their end goal.

This country was aspirationally founded by people of a Christian ethical worldview and tradition for like minded people, despite being (mostly) not explicitly Christian.
The reality is that our foundational concepts and bedrock are well suited for a Christian people and far less suited for a secular or actively non-Christian people.
Honest people will acknowledge that our founders did not/could not envision the population consisting of ardent secularists or Muslims, etc. in significant numbers.
TLDR: Not Christian nationalist in the sense the intent was to actively conflate church and state and exclude non-Christians. Quite Christian nationalist in the sense that church naturally influenced state because we were in practice a FUBU nation of Christians or culturally Christian citizens.

What kind of Christianity do we want for our Christian nationalism anyway?

But that’s not what OP is specifying. Christian Nationalism is a particular political ideology rather than a mere religious belief system. It’s about interjecting Christianity - usually through an isolated interpretation of the Bible - into our government such that it usurps the constitution.

I have no idea what you’re asking, but Christian Nationalism is real, and it’s really, really stupid.
So many are caught up in it, and it’s 100% not Christian.

Surprised to see you say that. Of course, we’d need to define CN first.
