A nation that was once filled with Vikings that savagely beat, murdered, and raped their victims while taking what they wanted, will soon become victim of an even more savage Viking. The question is, will President Trump spare the women and children when we takeover this land and put our flag down after we easily conquer these once great savages? I think we should first give them the option and opportunity to learn our great language and dump this stupid metric system. If they choose to opt out, then in my opinion, we have no choice but to use their own tactics against them.

The people there are almost all Inuits (very similar to American Eskimo's). Those are not Scandinavian Vikings.

Eric the Red was there with a few hundred others. 400 or so such people there hardly means this huge territory was some sort of "Vikingland". That is like 400 people in Texas.

Nothing says "we need it for defense!" like surging our military personnel on the entire island to 150!
