Comparing Trae to Jordan Poole is wild. Not all ball dominant players are created equal. Trae is a much better shooter. Trae is much more clutch. Trae is actually capable of winning a game for his team when he takes over.

Maybe. I wouldn’t say that definitively. Trae has been at the top of the league leaders for assists for the past ~5 years. DQ could become a 10+ assist guy like Trae. Two of those on the same team can’t be bad.

Hawks are 2-8 when Trae has played this season. They’re 13-10 when he hasn’t played.

Trae Young isn't the same Trae Young in years past.
He can't shoot anymore and his defense has fallen completely off. Any team trading for him is just looking for a tank commander

I wanted him instead of Murray when that trade happened. But there’s no reason for it now. It was more to pair him with Zion and see what they could do together.

Again putting words in my mouth. I said bragging about being right about a trade when
A)every player of significance was out for large parts of the season
B)the main player in the trade suffered a catastrophic injury
