I know he’s got a kid from Alexandria Senior High, I think 2nd team DT. He said it’s the culture, team first, physical. Also, if I’m not mistaken, he has a lot of older guys, mid 20s. Almost grown men playing college kids, those extra 2-3 years can make a difference

They found the right coach. They've been digging in the desert for a century and finally struck a gold deposit. And dudes like Cignetti don't grow on trees but that's not going to stop everyone from trying to rush in and try to find the next one that's probably not out there.

Indiana took Iowas blueprint of intensity, physicality, player development, preparation and ball control, put it on steroids, and paired it with modernized offensive game planning and scheme.

the physicality really jumps out to me. They’re sitting back in zone and just punishing people for crossing their zone jamming at the line, popping people as soon as they touch the ball. And it’s every snap. And their oline is nasty.

Definitely preparation during long layoff.

Ryan Day didn’t have OSU prepared.

Texas Tech coach didn't have his players hit in practice, leading up to todays game, and it showed. 20 plus days with no contact and they payed for it

They are coached absurdly well.

This is one of the greatest coaching jobs in the history of the sport.

Its really a shame this undefeated IU team will have to play 2 additional playoff games including a rematch v Oregon. Could have easily been IU v UGA in a one game championship.

A #1 versus #3 championship game? That’s weird

Yes. Its pretty clear now Ohio State should not have been 2. Its the ranking and seeding that is broken.

Well, under the BCS system it would have been Indiana versus Ohio State in the championship so your post makes no sense.

I wouldn’t have minded if Ohio State was not a top 4 seed.

It makes perfect sense. Georgia would have jumped OSU if it was a one game scenario because OSU lost to IU in conference championship. Try to keep up please and make better posts.

I’ve already posted the official BCS standings after championship weekend. It was Indiana #1 and Ohio State #2.

You keep make the same wrong point over and over again.

Thank God for the CFP so we didn’t have to watch Cignelli bitch Ryan Day around twice in a season.

The rankings would have been different and a rematch of the conference championship would not have happened. Its not that hard to follow guy. Please take a break from posting and get yourself together.
