Blake Baker was clearly more focused on his future than the team's

Baker kind of sucks. Every offensive coordinator with a pulse knows how to beat his defenses. Just spam TE and running QB

WTF? Are our backups not considerably more talented than UH starters? Quit with the excuses.

I do. If they aren't, then Baker isn't recruiting properly.

U of H beat the Hurricanes in 2015, I'm certain they had a bitch arse fan base that was thinking the same thing.

Calm down.

The schools listed in my OP would be ecstatic if LSU’s 2nd team defensive players committed to them.

Not when our back ups and backups of back ups are trying to finish a shitty season in a crappy bowl game while another team is looking for win number 10 because that's the highlight of a Houston team who never sees the playoff.

You don’t think it’s an advantage for them having a cohesive group that’s played together for 12 games vs LSU trying to find enough warm bodies to throw out there who haven’t played much if at all?

no out backups are not considered more talented than a top 25 team

this is actual football and not 247 rankings.

LSU scored 35 on Houston. I don’t think they should be happy either

That's a lame excuse.

Don't tell me that. Tell that to the players who opt out, and the team that was obviously less motivated.

The LSU backups have practiced with the team all year. Another excuse.
