Complete home renovation. What brand kitchen appliances would you choose?

1901 home renovation. Beach house in Biloxi. Cool house - about 2000 sq. ft. The kitchen is also part of the gut job. Has some exposed brick walls. What is the appliance combo you would go with? We are doing a cream based paint on the walls and brick walls. 100% electric.
It is a $500k home that after the remodel we want to have instant equity, so while I don't need a Nancy Pelosi $25k fridge, I am not looking for the cheapest.

I don't think you can do it just by brand. GE Monogram, for instance, produces appliances in three different locations in the US, which will all have different error and failure rates.
For as much as people bitch about Samsung, I've never had an issue outside of the ice maker in one fridge that I owned for almost a decade. W/D, fine. LG W/D, fine. Bosch dishwasher was better than the Fridgidaire I'm currently using. Fridgiidaire fridge and oven and microwave are fine.
Since you're buying current gen, why not just look at new retail models on Consumer Reports for $60 or whatever the sub fee currently is? It's a tiny price to pay to avoid the "always buy Speed Queen" BS you're going to get out of this board.

We have the GE cafe classic and this is prob an unpopular opinion but as far as the fridge goes, my Samsung was better. The freezer has randomly lost screws over the years, it’s a PITA to keep closed. I second the advice of finding out where it’s made. We built a house during covid. There were definitely quality issues in the appliance realm and I have no idea if it’s been fixed or if that’s now status quo. Kitchen aid 6 burner range has been awesome.
TLDR: Bosch has fantastic reviews, may all be a crap shoot

We bought a new place (new to us) back in August and put all new appliances in. We went with LG with the exception of the over the counter microwave.
Have been pleased so far.

Got a buddy that's building a new house. He went with Thermador. Dropped a good bit of change. I looked up the reviews. Don't think he did....

I have a 36” Thermador gas range, 30” Thermador wall oven/microwave combo, Thermador dishwasher, a Kitchen Aid 5 door French Door fridge, and a Hoshizaki nugget ice maker. All have been flawless for 7+ years except the fridge. Compressor went out and had it changed for a little over $1k.
Not posting this to brag but these are “higher end” appliances and letting you know my experience. Our range is a workhorse and it is exceptional.

We have not had any issues with GE Profile (12 yrs old).

we went with Frigidaire freezer/fridge columns, blue star range and Bosch dishwasher. I’ve never used the dishwasher but I’m told it’s nice. The fridge, freezer and range are incredible
best advice I got was to shop appliance stores not Home Depot. We got excellent pricing, competent delivery and great customer service

My Bosch dishwasher has 15 years of HARD use and still keeps going.
I’ve had two Samsung dryers die on me.

I would stay away from Jenn air. I am on my second 36” range, and wall oven in a 6 year old house.
