What would you recommend? I haven't bought a belt in over a decade. What are some popular brands?

I use Allen Edmonds belts. Well made although there are much better and those are the shoes I wear.

Main Street forged found it on Amazon
But my absolute favorite and most rugged and soft is a handmade leather belt I found in Italy. I should have purchased two

Slide belts. Their full grain leather line is very nice and very durable. And they’re infinitely adjustable so after that big Mexican lunch you can let out exactly the right amount of notches.

I’ve got a Hanks Belt and it’s awesome. They’re thick and take a bit to break in but I have. I doubt it will last me the rest of my life provided I don’t get fat

They're trashy, but I love them.

Hank's are high quality, but a little expensive and there is something about the buckles I don't like.
