Obama judge

quote:

RFK's mission hit a roadblock during the holiday season when an Obama-appointed judge issued a ruling siding with a conglomerate of dye companies to stifle a landmark ban on artificial food additives.

quote:

Wednesday, a federal judge in the Mountain State, Judge Irene Berger of the Southern District of West Virginia, blocked those plans, siding with food dye manufacturers

Muh democracy is at stake if we ban artificial dyes!

Lobbyists are extremely difficult to kill. Like cockroaches.

Swear to God Trump should sign an EO requiring women to get abortions so Fed judges would ban abortion nationwide.

Nah. This one is just good, old-fashioned, under-the-table monetary pressure and influence from lobbyists.

How does one federal judge have the power to override legislation signed into law by a governor?

Take it to SCOTUS and stop this legislating from the bench.

I’d like to follow the money to see if the judge is actually being bribed.

More likely the lobbyists shopped around and brought the suit to a judge they knew would go against the administration no matter what. We really need to purge liberal judges. None of them have any respect for the laws they’re supposedly supposed to interpret and uphold.

Lawfare doesn’t exist. This judge just wants everyone to have the right to get cancer, just like the FDA intended.

Lifetime appointments bring about this kind of arrogance. These activist judges need to be held accountable.

I hope the republicans have some conservative federal judges at the ready to return the favor once the dems are back in control

The dye company gave their kid a 7 figure job is also a likely scenario.

Lobbyists have always been around ever since "someone" was put in charge. Kings, dictators, tyrants and the elected.
Just called different things lol

Someone should sue the company for causing cancer and just make it unaffordable for them to do business
