I mean, they're also sugar hopped up little tantrum throwing shits, but hey it's the terrible 2's.
Anyway, when the little one goes up to that one aunt who desperately wants some recognition with an unforced hug and "meh Chris!" ("Merry Christmas"), and says "Tank yoooou" to the person who gives them a present, and starts REALLY going hard on ripping off the paper once they get the idea, man it's all just beautiful.
This is what we have to protect, folks. And it's all thanks to the sacrifice of untold forefathers and soldiers, and mothers, but mostly because of the love of God through the sacrifice of his son, Jesus, who died in an ultimate act of mercy to forgive us of our sins.
shite's good, yo. Now, once my little one finishes her little power nap in the car, we'll go back in and finish up celebrating with the family not as a little terror.
Update: she woke up fussy and screamed for like 45 minutes. No rest. Wife took her home from grandparents', which is fine but wife not happy lol. Not eating until I bring her dinner home. Oh, well. Tomorrow will be magical.

Mine are 4, 2 and newborn.
Its been a whine cry fest all day.
I can't stand whining either. My 2 yr old throw a tantrum basically all day.

Put the child in a place where no one is paying attention to the bad mood. It goes away quickly.
Don't feed the little monster.

Kids are a nightmare, loud, annoying, money pits. But for women its the golden ticket

With a 8, 6, and 4 year old now and all I can say is I’m glad I already did this 15 years ago. Whew.

Enjoy the little ones while you can, they grow up too quick.

I've contemplated seppuku today putting presents together, but us watching the norad Santa tracker on YouTube and them locked in is just the bees knees.
It truly is, "the most wonderful time of year," and it's solely because of the magic of childhood.

I have twins are who closing in on 2.5. Others are 6 8 and 9. Couldnt really get the twin who takes after daddys adhd to settle for the christmas movies tonight but it was really cute watching them share christmas platters of popcorn, snacks, and hit cocoa (chocolate milk for the twins). Its been a nice night. I look forward to the morning w them. Its especially nice that the family decided to wait until saturday for xmas. We get to do ours first and it makes it special. Hope my twins go feral on their stuff tomorrow too.

22 months and 1 week here. The 22 month old randomly started projectile vomitting for an hour today. Then just stood up like nothing happened and continued with the early onset terrible 2s. Merry Christmas yall.

If you can't have fun with kids you're probably a miserable a-hole
