I get where he is going, but there’s also something to be said for finding joy in the mundane tasks in life: cooking, chores, work, driving, etc.

But yeah, don’t waste life on screens either.

Specifically work. If you work 40+ hours a week and hate your work, you’re torturing yourself and wasting your life. That passion project should be your work. If you aren’t working towards something, what are you doing?
