Making sure the have-nots remain the have-nots.
A team like Wisconsin (and their poor NIL budget) legitimately has no chance to contend when these 3* QBs are asking for that much money.

Would not pay Raiola for him to tear his knee up just like Maholmes.

It's gonna continue to get worse until teams stop paying their asking prices.

College quarterbacks these days are pretty poo. Find yourself one that can throw accurate up to 15 yards and invest the remainder in lineman and playmakers.

Sorsby is the classic example of the guy who can look like an NFL franchise QB one minute and a college backup the next.
He's got really live arm and lightning fast release but if you watched that game against Utah last he didn't look worth 20 bucks much less $4 million. Somebody's gonna pay him though if he doesn't wind up in the draft.

Their agents may be asking for that but I am skeptical any of them will get that.
The complete lack of transparency is irritating when it comes to NIL coverage.

people laughed at carson beck allegedly getting 4m...but buyer is now in the playoffs and got their ROI. Ditto for Mateer
Duke paid up for Mensah and won the ACC.
schools will pay that fee

There will always be Jerry Jones clones out there willing to spend big on a gamble for their football program. Lots of them.

You assume anyone is paying them these amounts. Nico last year is a glaring example of them overvaluing themselves.
Each and every Collective deal and NIL deal needs to be made known in a publicly accessible database. That will clear a lot of this bullshite up right away. That and getting rid of free transfers.

The way to go is a QB from the FCS with at least 3 years starting experience…

Confidentiality benefits the players. I assume at some point in the near future that programs will collaborate to regain the upper hand in these negotiations.

G5 coaches are grossly underpaid since they are now basically the developers of future P4 talent
The P4 coaches get paid much more without having to develop the talent these days, they just hope to coast on the fruits of G5 coach labor

Remember posters here saying there might be like 3 players nationally who will get more than $500K

Anybody that pays Dylan Raiola $4M is a fricking nimrod.
