Berry isnt an every down back. Berry is never going to be an every down back.

In today's college football/NFL Berry has all the capabilities to be a every down back. 20/30 years ago, not a chance but today he's ideal

He's a true freshman! not every back come into college built like Adrian Peterson or Leonard Fournette...he'll most likely add another 10 to 15lbs to his frame with another college off-season

Berry is 5’11” and has plenty of room for another 15lbs. He has the capability to be an every down back in the right strength program. He isn’t yet, but definitely can be.

All year. I get that Lacy is special. I just feel Berry could be special too. I think they would complement each other well. That is if LSU has both.

And you know this how? As a freshman at Missouri Lace did nothing. A year to get bigger, learn blocking assignments and pass routes can make a big difference. Do you think anyone would be raving about Lacy this year if he was running behind our line with Sloan calling the plays?
