The 45-year-old Florida woman is--for the second time in three months--facing criminal charges for publicly receiving oral favors from a male acquaintance, records show.

Czaplinsky and her partner were named this week in a criminal information charging them with indecent exposure, disorderly intoxication, and engaging in an unnatural and lascivious act in connection with a noon tryst on November 30 in the parking lot of a Winn-Dixie in the Florida Keys.

Responding to a 911 call about “people having sex” outside the Marathon supermarket, a cop found “3 people laying in the parking lot.”

Specifically, Czaplinsky was on her back with her pants down. Marshall Lowery, 43, was atop Czaplinsky and “facing the opposite direction with his head in her vagina area,” according to an arrest report. As a sheriff’s deputy approached the pair, “Lowery was pulling Czaplinsky’s pants further down from the middle,” while she “pulled them down from the sides exposing her vagina to the public.”

Czaplinsky and Lowery were drunk, investigators allege.

MONROE COUNTY, Fla. — A man and woman were arrested Friday for engaging in a sexual act while in public view at a Marathon gas station in the Florida Keys, authorities confirmed.

Jail records show Vincent Edwards Crews, 60, of Marathon, is facing one count each with unnatural and lascivious acts and disorderly conduct. Sharon Helen Czaplinsky, 45, of Clearwater, is facing charges of indecent exposure, unnatural and lascivious acts, and disorderly conduct.

Authorities said the pair were engaging in sexual activity around 8 p.m. at the Tom Thumb gas station on the 5500 block of Overseas Highway near the station’s car wash area.

They said both individuals appeared to be intoxicated and were taken into custody without incident.
