10-year-old arrested for shooting 9-year-old in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - The Alexandria Police Department has confirmed to KALB that a 10-year-old has been arrested for shooting a 9-year-old on December 6 in the 100 block of Chester Street.
Initially, APD believed this to be an accidental shooting, but upon further investigation, it was determined that the shooting was intentional.
The 10-year-old was arrested for aggravated second-degree battery and juvenile in possession of a handgun. He has been placed into the Renaissance Home for Youth.
Back on December 6, the 9-year-old was listed in critical condition at a local hospital. An update on the child’s current condition was not released.

It was a home invasion on the delivery driver. He shot the invader. I saw yesterday on the Facebook where the Chick-fil-A in the mall is closing at the end of this year. After a 40 year run.
