Settle this dispute. We’re at Hooters. We’re drinking, trying to enjoy the scenery, and talking about things guys talk about while watching football in the way that guys talk. We are surrounded by kids doing all the kid shite you can fathom while clueless parents sit idly by. Is it okay for kids to be at an adult-oriented sports bar?

I’ve had this thought that fewer things are actually family friendly or adults only anymore

Family friendly stuff is full of bad language and trashy behavior like vaping and kids/teenagers are at places that serve booze and whatnot

Dude, you’re at Hooters….

My dad played K of C softball back in the early 70’s, all the dad’s usually hit the neighborhood bars after the games, dragging the kids along with them….

You want to keep em out make an age limit.

If not frick off. If little jimmy wants to see a bad boob job who am I to say no?

Plus, some people really do go there for the food. Their chicken wings are pretty damn good

Quality has plummeted. Though that’s across the board for all chains since Covid.

Yes of course it's okay.. the problem is with shitty parents letting their kids do whatever. I'd never be okay with my kid bothering other people.

the "craft brewery" with a food truck in the parking lot or single pizza oven nuked the adult only drinking establishment social constructs, for sure

not complaining, though.

As others have said, Hooters is a restaurant not a "sports bar". You should expect kids around.

Even bar and grill type places they'll have kids around.

If you're really trying to avoid kids, go to a true bar.
