The biggest lie being told to men is that they are better off not being a family. Marriage is hard, especially today, but the rewards are exponentially better than living a single life, online and with casual hookup.
Nothing beats the feeling of knowing you are with a woman who loves you and have kids who you love and love you.
Reject the doom scrolling gloom of the "men-going-their-own-way" crowd. That idea is a lie and you will pay for it in years, that you can't get back, if you decide to opt out and remain single

Before marriage
1. Date for no less than a year. Then
2. Live together for no less than a year.
3. Be willing to walk away if it’s no working and remember.
If it’s not working GETTING MARRIED OR HAVING A CHILD WILL NOT MAKE IT BETTER SOMEHOW. If you can’t be happy while you are dating, getting married and having kids will only make it worse.

I just prefer to live in the real world, not some delusional fantasy.
Half of marriages end in divorce, and the vast majority are filed by the wife.
Not to mention, as the attorney pointed out, that men are the ones that get F'd over in divorce.
If a man doesn't have serious reservations about getting married then he isn't very intelligent.
