Wiles & the WH would have expected this spin from Vanity Fair, so why do the interviews?

An average IQ could have seen the smear job coming

Wiles doing it to undermine Trump is a non-factor. The WH would have known she’s doing the interviews.

Susie Wiles is by far the most effective and trustworthy Chief of Staff that my father has ever had.

When Susie took over my father's political operation after J6, people forget how many "Republicans" were treating him like a pariah.

Countless operatives, consultants and elected Republicans thought my dad's political career was over and wanted nothing to do with him. They attacked him ruthlessly and predicted that he would lose if he ran for office in 2024.

Not Susie. She was a loyal fighter for him from the moment she came on board.

When things were tough and other supposed friends left my dad like a bunch of rats, Susie stood by his side and worked her arse off everyday to rebuild his political operation and ensure that his comeback in 2024 would be successful.

When others cowered, she stood strong.

One of the other things I've always appreciated about Susie is how she has never tried to subvert my father's America First policy agenda. She is an honest broker who only cares about executing my dad's wishes on policy - Which is much different than how things were in his first term when countless staffers thought it was there job to "rein in" Trump.

From securing the border, to not getting dragged into endless wars, to reining in the leftist Administrative State, Susie has been a gigantic ally to the entire America First movement.

Most people don't know that Susie was also the person I worked closest with on the 2024 campaign to bring RFK JR. and the MAHA movement on board.

While others were skeptical of MAHA, Susie immediately got it and has been one of its biggest advocates in the entire Administration.

She doesn't talk much about any of this stuff because she doesn't like to take credit for things (another rarity in DC!) but I have seen it with my own eyes behind the scenes for years now.

I very rarely speak out about my father's staffers, but there is no one on Earth more equipped to serve my father as Chief of Staff than Susie.

It’s political malpractice to interact with a rag like that. Just a really dumb decision.

When were these done?

Vanity fair claims she did ten interviews.

Were these all done in one day?

Were some of these years ago?

That seems like a lot to sit through 10 interviews with the same people.

I would understand if she did interviews with 10 different publications or on went on 10 different podcasts.

Maybe she trusted this person?

Maybe the Trump library fund was looking to pick up another $25M?

I hope she demanded her own unedited recordings of every interview as should any non moron who deals with press. Otherwise youre at their mercy when they try to destroy you. If this chick didnt do that she shouldn't be employed by anyone, much less the POTUS.

You can rest assured they have an angle. No idea what it is yet, but it's there.

I am absolutely amazed why any person in this administration would have any discussions with any outlet who has written dishonest and disingenuous pieces over the course of the last decade

If it were me I would ban all press conferences and instead I would have individual interviews with the news with people that I know and trust which means there would be no ABC or CBS or NBC or any other liberal outlet instead it would be one person that I trust and I would rotate to come into the office for a one on one of the days events and then these liberal outlets can just copy what is published

anybody reading that rag or reading excerpts from it wouldn't vote republican anyway. it was still an unforced error to do the interviews, though
