You did not mention the biggest ticking time bomb. California’s state and local pension plans have over $1.5 TRILLION in debt. It doesn’t include other pension benefits such as state-paid health care.
This is a cancer also affecting all the large progressive cities where sweetheart pensions buy public employee union votes.
