Rep. Barry Loudermilk revealed that January 6 footage from cameras behind the RNC and DNC no longer exists, though January 5 video showing the bombs' placement survives. The devices, planted between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on January 5, were found around noon on January 6 by an RNC worker and Capitol Police. Last week, authorities arrested 30-year-old Brian Cole Jr. from Virginia, who confessed after evidence like cell data and photos linked him to the scenes; he believed the 2020 election was stolen. Loudermilk sounds less informed than half of us...and much less interested in getting to the truth.
There is no innocent explanation for having the DNC camera footage from around 8:30 on 1/5, but none after then. The "discovery" of the dummy on 1/6, and all the actions taken (or not taken) after it would be telling.

These look like extremely reliable newscasters. But in general I like to listen to the crazy man that sells pencils out of a cup on the street corner. I find him to be a bit more reliable than these guys.

FWIW, I looked at the docket on courtlistener. "Charles Jones" has been the only one to sign pleadings on behalf of the United States. I can't find anything to say that Jones has replaced Ballantine, but maybe a good sign?

They wanted him branded as an insurrectionist along with all of his supporters. They wanted to paint the narrative of us being savage, violent thugs, exactly what we saw during the summer of love. They tried to tie Trump up in the courts and get him removed from the ballot. This after falsely tying him to a fake report from in a Moscow hotel room, and then collusion with the Russians.
People just can’t grasp that the Democrats went to so much trouble to make this stuff up, but they did.
