Maybe he stays, but these are term sheets. It does not even say it was signed by the people he got them for.
For all we know he got a hold of what they are offering each. Kevin Smith is a great RB coach, but he's not the only one out there. There are a number of really good ones and none of them are named Frank Wilson.

That’s not how “recruiting” works anymore. It’s basically, you offer them the “scholarship”. They send you their “demands”. You accept said demands, try to negotiate some things, or move on. The days of needing a “ra ra run through a wall” guy on the “recruiting trail” is over.
