You should spend your time in Annapolis. Awesome little town and not too far from Baltimore.

If you are looking for military or Academy related activities the games official website should have details.
Be sure to arrive to the stadium early to watch the cadets march on. It typically starts around 3:00 hours before kickoff IIRC.

I was at the game in DC last season, had a blast. Get there early to see the cadets march onto the field.
