Same stand as yesterday evening. Had a nice younger 9 point walk out 5 minutes after shooting time ended yesterday. Was still in the stand and could see him, but was a law abiding citizen and let him walk.
Hoping he fricks up today and comes during legal shooting hours

AR 5.56 loaded with IMI 77 gr razor core topped with 4x14x40 Nikon.
Sitting on camp porch watching the driveway and logging road until rain stops then to a tripod in fresh cutover. Saw one button buck walking up the logging road so far. Good luck to all out in this fantastic weather!

Heading to Floresville, Tx for a day run. Need to fill the feeder and fix the game camera. Cows turned it all over the place this week. Got a bracket for a tree and a bracket for a t post. Little Sausage and I will figure out some way to keep the cows off it. Will sit in the stand this afternoon til dark after disturbing the hell out of things. At least we’ll get some good Mexican food out of it. Good luck all.

Well I got the one I’ve been after for two months. He was chasing this morning and surprisingly stopped and gave me a broadside shot around 200 yds away.
