Why does Hollywood have to push gay agenda in every show/movie?

Because they know 99% of nuclear families are making sure their kids aren’t exposed to it. So the more shite they put it in the more kids they'll reach. Gone are the days of letting your kids watch tv alone without knowing what they’re watching. It’s hidden in 80%+ of the kid shows these days. Sickening. Infuriating.

Starting in the 80s but igniting in the 90s, there was an emergence of social theory regarding cultural representation in tv and film. Rooted in social constructivism, the argument says that whatever is represented as normal becomes normal for society. Anything goes. You just have to choose what you want to go. Also, if you want to identify problems in society, you can look at how those problems are represented and change representations to suit your agenda. See bell hooks’s work Cultural Criticism and Transformation from 1997 for an example of this kind of thinking.

It takes time for these ideas to disseminate among the masses. They start as academic conversations and slowly grow to become mainstream parts of curricula in socially and culturally minded subjects. The humanities and social sciences in particular pick up the theory and teach it to young pupils who eventually grow up to be in charge of what is produced on a societal scale.

That’s where we are.

Who is greenlighting and producing shows? Who has the most influential voice? People in their 40s and 50s who were taught that cultural representation is what matters in shaping how society views something.

So the more gay representation you get, you should, if social constructivism holds true, see more acceptance of homosexuality as normal in society.

Hollywood used to put out good, creative and original stuff. But that was a long time ago. It’s just weird now.

While the far left absolutely hates Western civilization and wants to tear things down, that's not the motivation in Hollywood.

The over representation in Hollywood is simply them bending over backwards and going too far in pushing inclusion and tolerance for gays, minorities, etc.
