The best offset for any loss in Nola if frank isn’t retained is to hire HB7

He needs to be on this staff

He needs to get on baker’s staff and get some experience

Hire Brice Brown as Special Liaison to New Orleans and let it roll.

Peoples and Owens probably will follow Baker to Tulane.

Unless Peoples isn’t wanted by the new staff or he is getting promoted to DC why would he leave?

Because he, Owens, and Baker are all tied together. Baker wants his guys at Tulane with him they probably will leave assuming Tulane gives them fair money.
It's better for new DC coming in anyway. He gets to choose his guys with only Raymond being thrown on his lap.

Why don’t they hire one of the top high school coaches from New Orleans to focus on recruiting in that area.

I could totally see that happening. You would think that the DC would kind of want his guys.

Bryce Brown is the celebrity among coaches in New Orleans right now. I wonder how much he is making.
He would be a great addition to the department in some capacity.

As a analyst to start maybe. Not as a position coach.

I think if you lose Frank, you hire TM7 in a player development role of some kind and let him start learning from Raymond. This would at the very least fill the hole of losing Frank Wilson. In my opinion it would overfill this hole by a lot.

Why are you such a douchebag?

Yep. If Frank leaves, Losing Berry is a very real possibility. Not a certainty and I’m not saying that’s a reason to give him an on field role; just a consideration.
I know they’ve worked together for a while, but taking the same jobs at Tulame is a step down in job prestige and money. Not everyone will follow their buddy in that scenario.

I completely agree. He’s got money, so an analyst role for him to break into coaching should suit him. I love the idea of him being an understudy to Raymond. That’s such an ideal position for him.

You have major problems jumping to I’m a douche for saying tyrann needs to start getting experience coaching if he actually wants to you know climb the coaching ranks.

He will likely promote both of them to something more they can't be at LSU. Like Peoples his DC.
