This is gonna be fricking good. Well, I think it will be. 
We know all the novellas have an end, so just follow the material and make it awesome.
The trailers I've seen do look awesome.

Only three novellas but there are gaps between them which give them some leeway to tell stories outside what GRRM wrote.

I'd be ok with never. That show sucks, man. None of the characters are likable. The acting sucks, the visuals look cheap.

If you followed Fire & Blood verbatim, it would be a horrid tv show

I agree. This will be much easier to adapt and all that I've read up on the showrunners really seem to want to stick close to the source. The short episodes is going to feel weird for a GoT universe show though.

This is a little extreme, but I agree that the characters aren't particularly likable, the visuals look worse, etc.
