Ranked pretty high preseason but have underachieved. They'll play defense and try to control the pace. I think LSU is way too fast and athletic for them.

Duke pre-season top 12, 3-5 and lost last 4 in a row- LSU is -16.5 but Duke due for a good game. Tigers win but think it is loser than 16.5. Kara Lawson UT great is their coach, Flajue owes her from USA basketball where Kara played her very little.

They started the season at #7 but have dropped 5 games. 3 to ranked teams including #2 & #3.
They have talent but haven't come together yet. The ladies should take them to the woodshed.

Yes, try to go early and see their basketball musuem there in Cameron indoor. A bunch of cool stuff from their men's basketball team and I don't even like Duke. The campus itself is really old and small, but a fun sight if you've never been. Also, make the 10 min drive and check out UNC if you have time.

I saw the Carolina-Duke WBB game on a neutral court. S C beat Duke by 16 points. I doubt LSU will beat them by more than that on Duke's home court. I think LSU by 8-10 points.
I am curious to see how our ladies react to FINALLY playing a team that plays tough defense and is coached well.

If the ladies blow them out, then they probably don't have a pulse. If it's close then our ladies are overrated. They can't win either way.

Tonight should be interesting! Finally playing a team with a pulse. Dont let Duke's record fool you, they are a top 25 basketball team just off to a slow start.

WE just need to beat them. The spread is not significant when playing on the road.
Our season is going to ride on TWO things:
1. We need to beat ALL the SEC teams we are clearly better than (unlike last season when we lost at bama and OMiss at home.) This includes wins over UK and OU and Tennessee and OMiss.
2. We need to win BOTH home games versus Carolina and Texas and go at least 2-1 vs Texas/Carolina. (We play Texas twice)
