He’s preferred the transfer portal instead of HS recruiting since he’s been there.

He has 11 commits so far

He had 15 players sign last year, #38 class (33 transfers)
12 the year before, #87 class (43 transfers)

He's brought them back to where they were before he got there.

Current recruits are too young to remember Neon Deion.

Problem with that is in his last postgame, he bemoaned the fact that CU can't keep pace with the money being spent, and warned that he wouldn't be able to keep up in the portal this year

Add that to the fact he refuses to go out and do in home visits, and often isn't on campus with HS recruits come to Boulder, it seems like this experiment will be coming to an end shortly

Hype only lasts so long and only attracts the lowest denominator of players.

Great players want to win and go to the NFL. Couple that with the fact that other schools are now paying more money and the Deon show is officially over.

He's the right man for the job..

“You’ve got the right man,” Sanders said. “I promise you, you do. And I’m going to prove that to you. Just give me an opportunity and a little more time, and I’m going to prove that to you.”

Just give him more time.

Wonder where all his sideline celebrity buddies are now?

He didn't sign a single one of the top 15 high school recruits in Colorado. He signed ONE of the top 50 recruits.

That's a huge recipe for failure.

Is Colorado known for their elite talent?

Their top 15 is filled with a bunch of 3 stars. Their best players (three 4 stars) are going to BYU, Oregon, & Washington

Colorado should drop football or go in with Oregon state and Washington state. They’re hopeless.
