I don’t care how much Frank loves LSU, he is a net negative to the program. He has no business coaching running backs and we don’t need a New Orleans bag man anymore with NIL being legal. It’s in the best interest of LSU to part ways immediately after the bowl game

shouldn’t we let today play out before we begin casting stones?

Just asking --

Has there been a Coach Wilson statement?

He is coaching the Bowl game?

when your two 5 star DL are asking if he is going to be on the staff, id say this is FALSE

If he is holding the program hostage then it’s most certainly true. Long term he’s better off going elsewhere if Kiffin doesn’t feel like he should be on the field.

Maybe so but you don't let defensive linemen choose who is the RB coach.

If Frank loves LSU like everyone says he would take whatever position is offered.

Hopefully this is all internet BS but if not, he has to go.

Needlessly crude, but decent point. Frank is a LSU legend, we love that man. Hope he can stay on as a consultant of Lane has a different coach in mind.

Frank Wilson held this team together after the Leprechaun / Woodward disaster. Except for a defensive backfield coverage flub LSU darned near defeated Oklahoma. I'll say it - IMO LSU's finest performance of the season.

IMO Frank Wilson did a commendable job.

Frank Wilson bleeds Purple and Gold.

Not if he's telling players to wait to commit, he doesn't.

He's selfish. Let's not act like he's not.

So we’re letting 17 year old d-lineman recruits decide the fate of our running backs coach? GTFO

Frank has been VERY well compensated for his time at LSU. Idc what color he bleeds, this is 2025, we’re trying to win national championships, and Frank brings nothing to the table

IF he is leveraging LK with recruits, he has to go. Period. Nuff said.

False narrative.

Does NIL change Frank's role, sure.
Does it eliminate it, absolutely not.

Connections and relationships still matter. You cannot take a kid who grew up in New Orleans, played at St Aug, played at Nichols, coached at McNeese, coached at Karr, coached at OPW and has spent the better part of 30 years building and cultivating relationships at the high school level primarily starting in the New Orleans area and think because players can now directly be paid by schools all of that is meaningless.
