It would be interesting to see how much of a difference it would make.

I think Democrats should be banned from owning guns.

You’d think the blue states would be for it… I’ll give them credit though— they realize that where there is a will there is away.
For DEMs it’s not about protecting our freedoms.

No.
This is the correct answer.
And the reason why is the reason that the FF thought it was important enough to make it the 2nd amendment.
The purpose of the amendment isn't to protect target practice or hunting. It's not even to protect the ability to use a gun for self defense against another citizen. It's to hedge against tyrannical governments, both foreign and domestic.
New York and California alone account for 60 million people. Add in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Ohio and you're talking about close to 1/3 of the country.
That's just five states, but it's almost 1/3 of the population of the whole country. That's too many to remove from the formula above.
If liberals don't like guns, tell them not to buy one. Problem solved.

Apparently the extreme liberals in blue states are so terrified of ICE and the Trump Administration that they're out buying guns and taking training courses to learn how to safely use them. That's pretty awesome.
Trump and the MSM Narrative Control Apparatus have broken the Liberal Left so badly that they actually became pro-Second-Amendment. They'll be drinking Keystone and driving F250s before you know it, and pretty soon the entire country will be 90% conservative.

Tell me one blue state that doesn't have extreme gun laws.

No. Because there are “red” people still in blue states.
California for example has more Republicans than the state of Alabama has in total population.

No because my God given rights enshrined in the constitution do not end at certain borders. I already have enough state to state issues when I drive to go hunt out west and have to deal with Illinois’ stupidity.

Abortions, the pill has changed our culture in so many ways, most I would say are bad.
Same sex marriage, the same. Especially if you believe in the slippery slope.
Guns are used for protection. Even banning guns— where there is a will, there is a way. Guns would be funneled into America via criminals.

How would you handle someone from a red state driving through a blue state whose destination is another red state and they are allowed to conceal carry in the red states? Would them having the gun traveling through the blue state be illegal or not???

I would be in favor of ALL STATES following the Constitution.

I live in a red state. Blue states not having guns would be a gift to the blue states,,, so that the DEMs could virtue signal while still having violent crimes.

Nope.
The people in those states have a right to protect themselves too. Lots of conservatives in those states.
