Today's Press Conference

Was I the only one who listened to today's Kiffin introduction and felt a little let down? Where was the fire, the excitement, the emotion from Kiffin? Maybe that is just his personality.
Honestly, I am also a little tired of hearing about how tough the decision was. It sounded like he was on the fence until the last minute, and that makes me uneasy. I want a coach who is fully committed to being here, someone who genuinely wants this job and sees LSU as the ultimate opportunity without any doubts. Maybe Lane is playing it down so he does not hurt feelings at Ole Miss, but I did not get a very confident vibe from him.

No just someone that stands up at the Mic and says "damn I am excited to be here". not mentioned 6 times how it was a really hard decision and how on the plane leaving oxford he wondered if it was the right choice.

Definitely heard a different presser. He started a bit nervous and emotional. I'm sure the past few days have been rough fot him so while he's dealing with that, he feels grateful for the opportunity. Once he settled in, he did fine. I'm also an introvert so I recognized it immediately. Had to speak in front of a crowd a few times. Once I cracked a joke and it lands, I smile and I'm good. Thats how he's always been though.
